All meals are prepared and packaged by the chef team at Starapples Restaurant in their health and fire department certified commercial kitchen.

Our meals stay fresh for 5 days after your delivery date.

Orders are cooked the day before or the day of your delivery date. To extend the shelf life, place the meals in the freezer for up to 3 months! When ready to eat, thaw the meal in the fridge for 8-12 hours before heating.

Unfortunately, you cannot make modifications to your meals. We aim to provide a balanced meal that can work with many dietary preferences. 

It depends on your microwave and temperature preference. The average heating time is 2-3 minutes. Be sure to peel the edges of the film back to vent in the microwave.

Deliveries are completed every Sunday before 7PM. Orders are delivered in insulated grocery bags to maintain cool temperature. You will receive a text Sunday morning with an expected delivery time. 

When submitting your order - include any delivery instructions such as buzzer codes, where to leave it, etc.

We deliver to the majority of Southern Ontario. 

We deliver to all of the Greater Toronto Area, Niagara, Kitchener-Waterloo, Durham & Barrie.

Yes! For orders being delivered on Sunday, the cut-off time to place the order is Thursday by midnight. That ensures us enough time to cook and prep your meals to maximize the freshness and shelf life before the delivery date.

We Charge A $12 Flat Rate Per Delivery. You get free deliveries on orders over $150.
